We hope you love your Honor Gold purchase however if it's not quite right you can return it for a refund or exchange. To ensure your return is accepted please ensure this meets our return criteria below.
All customer returns will undergo a thorough inspection, if an item(s) is returned in a non-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request and ship item(s) back to the customer.
In the unfortunate event your item arrives in a less than perfect condition we’re really sorry! Please reach out to our customer care team prior to the return or within 7 days of receipt. For further information please see our faulty policy.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and the item has to be back with us within 14 days of receiving it.
If you return the item out of that time period we will not be able to refund it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We do not currently offer free returns.
Please kindly note, we are unable to offer exchanges or accept unwanted returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
In the event we do not receive your return, we will require your proof of postage in the form of a receipt, preferably with tracking included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this is unable to be provided.
*Please note it can take up to 21 days for us to process your return from the date we receive it.

We check all returns within 2-4 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your
bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@honorgold.co.uk.
REFUND POLICY
Yes if its within the 14 day return period. Please see below the returns criteria for more information.
Please kindly note, we are unable to offer exchanges or accept unwanted returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Returned items MUST meet the following criteria:
•Item must have the Do Not Remove Tag attached to the garment.
•Items must have Honor Gold swing tags and labels still attached without signs of wear.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Items must not contain any signs of pet hair, smoke or odour.
• Items must be free from marks or stains of any kind (including make-up, fake tan or deodorant marks).
• Items (where applicable) must not have the hygiene label removed/damaged.Items (where applicable) must have return ribbons attached and have no evidence of tampering.
• Item(s) must arrive back to us within 14 days (21 days for International Orders/Orders Made Outside the UK)

If you try to return an item that does not meet the above criteria, you will not receive a refund and your item(s) will be sent back to you.
Obtain your proof of postage receipt. Should your item go missing in the post, you will need to be able to contact the delivery company you used.
DAMAGED / FAULTY POLICY
We are sorry to hear this! To help us fix the issue for you as quickly as possible, please contact us prior to posting any faulty items back to us. Please contact our customer care team via email orders@honorgold.co.uk with the below information:
• Your name
• Order number
• Product name
• Picture and description of the fault
• Picture of the packaging to show how your order arrived.
The above information will ensure our customer care team can advise you quickly and correctly the best method for resolution.
Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customer negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

• Your order number
• Your name
• The style and size you want to exchange for.
If it's in stock we will take it offline and put aside for 48 hours. We must recieve your return within 48 hours.
